Three moves

How it drops in

It installs like an insole — but performs as a midsole layer beneath your feet. No new shoes. No bulky replacement sockliner.

    Step 01

    Lift the existing insole

    Pull the padded sockliner already in your shoe. Most athletic footwear has a removable footbed. Leave the shoe. Take only the insole.

    Step 02

    Place Springbak on the midsole

    Set the ultra-thin Springsole on the midsole bed, heel cup to heel. It installs like an insole — but it performs as a midsole platform.

    Step 03

    Replace the original footbed

    Drop your padded insole back on top. Trim Springbak to fit if needed. Same shoes. Same cushioning. New performance platform beneath your feet.

Apply force. Compress. Recover. Repeat.

The science under the footbed

No mechanical springs. No air chambers. No bulky replacement insole. The response comes from cured, high-resilience rubber — the same idea as a performance midsole, in a layer you can drop into the shoes you already wear.

Trim to fit

Springsoles are shaped like a traditional insole. If your shoe is a close last — cleats, racing flats, work boots — trim the perimeter so the platform lies flat on the midsole bed.

Keep the shoe you trust

The original padded insole goes back on top. Fit, cushioning, and lock-down stay familiar. Springbak works underneath — a removable midsole performance platform, not another thick sockliner.
